About Michael J. Hamblin
Mike Hamblin is a Michigan business lawyer with the law firm of Frank, Haron, Weiner and Navarro. Mike focuses his practice on helping entrepreneurs and small businesses lay the legal foundation for their economic success.
Mike has broad experience in representing clients in a variety of different matters. These include the formation of domestic and foreign corporations, limited liability companies (LLC?s) and other business entities, purchase and sale of businesses, joint ventures, secured and unsecured loans, and a wide variety of contracts and commercial transactions. Mike also has extensive experience in representing clients in franchise matters, real estate matters and civil litigation and appeals.
Mike attended college at Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan, where he majored in Spanish, with a second major in business administration. Mike earned his law degree from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan. While in law school, Mike was a published member of the Wayne Law Review, and served as Executive Articles Editor of that journal.
After graduating from law school, Mike began his legal career with one of the oldest law firms in Mid-Michigan. In 2001, Mike joined the law firm of Frank, Haron, Weiner and Navarro, where he continues to practice.
Mike's practice predominately serves clients in the Metro Detroit area. However, he is available to handle client matters throughout the State of Michigan. Mike has worked on matters throughout the State of Michigan, as well as in a variety of locations outside of Michigan such as California, Delaware, Florida, Ohio, Washington, D.C., and even the Caribbean.
Mike is a member of the Michigan and Oakland County Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in all Michigan state and federal courts, as well as the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati.
